The processing of personal data and the free movement of such data is regulated by EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

The Supplier, as well as the authorized person have the obligation to manage in safe conditions and only for the specified soups the personal data collected from the Client.

The purpose of data collection and processing is: activities to promote products and services, commercial activities, statistics and market research activities, informing customers / users about the status of their account, informing customers / users about marketing activities , commercial activities, promotion of products and services, marketing, advertising, market research, statistical activities, tracking and monitoring of sales and consumer behavior.

The data collected are used and processed by the Supplier, directly or through persons authorized by the Supplier.

The provider does not allow the collection of personal data of customers under the age of 18.

In the process of creating the client's account, he will confirm that he is over 18 years old.

The personal data entered by the Customer in the Form are necessary in order to conclude the Contract between the Supplier and the Customer. The contract will not be considered concluded, if the Client refuses to enter personal data in the Form. Thus, the Supplier will not be obliged to deliver the Product.

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, the Client enjoys the following rights:

  • the right to information: the operator is obliged to provide the data subject with at least the following information, unless that person already possesses that information: the identity of the operator and his representative; the purpose for which the data is processed; additional information, such as: recipients or categories of recipients of the data; if the provision of all required data is mandatory and the consequences of refusal to provide them; the existence of the rights provided by this law for the data subject, in particular the right of access, intervention on the data and of the opposition, as well as the conditions under which they may be exercised.
  • right of access to data: Any data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, on request and free of charge for one request per year, confirmation that the data concerning him are or are not processed by him.
  • the right to intervene on the data: respectively rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with this law, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data; transformation into anonymous data of data whose processing does not comply with this law; notification to third parties to whom the data of any of the above operations have been disclosed.
  • the right of opposition: respectively the data subject has the right to oppose at any time, for well-founded and legitimate reasons related to his particular situation, as data aimed at him to be processed, unless there are legal provisions to the contrary)
  • the right to go to court: respectively the right to go to court for the defense of any rights guaranteed by this law, which have been violated.
  • right to portability: upon request, we will transfer personal data to another controller, where technically possible, provided that the processing is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract. Rather than receiving a copy of your personal data, you may request that we transfer your data directly to another operator specified by you.
  • right of deletion: you can obtain the deletion of personal data from us, if:
    • we no longer need your personal data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
    • you have the right to object to the further processing of personal data (see below) and to exercise this right of objection to the processing;
    • personal data have been processed illegally, in order to fulfill a legal obligation that requires our processing, in particular for the legal requirements of data retention;
    • for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right.
       

Regarding the exercise of the rights regarding the protection of personal data, the Customer will contact the Supplier at the telephone number or e-mail address from the contact data.

HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

The supplier collects and processes personal data for the supply of orders and for the delivery of products. Also, the data are collected for the creation of personalized offers depending on the profile of each client.

What data is collected to create the customer profile:

  • name, surname, email address and / or correspondence and telephone number;
  • the history of interactions with the online store / our web page regarding the products viewed, searched, ordered; products added to the shopping cart and purchased and / or subsequently disposed of; orders placed, products delivered;
  • preferences regarding the use of the web page / online store: products purchased, time / date, payment method.

With the help of cookies* are collected: IP address, internet browser used, HHTPS / HTTPS protocol data; duration of the visit; the location of the device (if the location option is enabled on the device used).

Specifically, the Supplier creates your customer profile as follows:

  • based on your site browsing behavior, products viewed, products added to cart;
  • based on demographic data: age, sex, city;
  • based on the purchase history and monetary value.

You can object to profiling for direct marketing purposes, on any of the communication channels to which you have previously consented, by withdrawing your consent to unsubscribe from a certain communication channel for which you have previously opted.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will keep your data as long as you have a customer account and / or continue to shop in the Online Store. If you deactivate your customer account in the online store and expressly request us to delete it completely, the data associated with your customer account will be deleted or anonymized so that you can no longer be identified in our data tracking systems, unless we are we are obliged to keep your data for a longer period, based on our law or our legitimate interest.
